Ideal for human resources personnel, this training teaches professionals how to identify victims of domestic violence in their workforce and respond to their needs in a sensitive and effective manner. Participants will explore crucial issues surrounding victims and abusers at work, before turning the focus to how employers can recognize, respond to, refer, and address both. The training concludes with a variety of resources for referral, tips for keeping victims engaged while holding abusers accountable, and an examination of common problems and solutions around cases in which the victim and abuser are co-workers
